| Highlights As of April 1, 2012, Travel Alberta will make available $800,000 to tourism partners in northern Alberta. Partners can access this money by completing a Cooperative Marketing Funding application. If your business, event or non profit organization has a small marketing budget, you can easily double, or even tripple your marketing budget by leveraging your dollars with funding from Travel Alberta. | In April, 2012, Mighty Peace Tourist Association will launch a $15,000 marketing campaign aimed at residents of the Peace Country, RV markets and historical/outdoor enthusiats. Using a mix of electronic advertising, print ads, posters, trade shows, enewsleters and social medias, MPTA will promote our fabulous campgrounds, rodeos, music festivals, historical attractions and outdoor experiences. MPTA will give away a grand prize of a week long getaway in the Peace Country valued at $3000, a prize we will certainly leverage with Travel Alberta funding. All of our members will be invited to participate in this campaign, while all of our “Professional members” will be included in the Facebook portion of our campaign as part of your membership campaign.
