The Municipal District of Spirit River is big sky country punctuated with tall grain terminals and oil derriks. It’s a patchwork quilt of yellow canola, golden grain and green feilds dotted with round bale of hay. The Peace River runs through the MD of Spirit River, with a beautiful river campground at Cotilion Park.
