There are many great locations for strapping on the skis and hitting the trails in the Mighty Peace Region—whether it’s along the trails at a ski hill or a park or through your own back forty. Enjoy the great outdoors while participating in one of our most popular winter sports. Make sure you bring the hot chocolate.

Love Snowmobiling?

The Mighty Peace is home to the Peace Valley Snow Riders, a club offering 130 km of trails. Simply pick up an Alberta Snowmobile Association membership online, check out local maps and bring your sled. Choose from one of three trails—one by Figure Eight Lake, one by Leddy Lake (equipped with a warm-up shelter), and one near the French community of St. Isidore.
