Come and join us for the Waterhole Rodeo, the Fairview Amateur Rodeo, on July 19 - 21, 2024. This is a fun-filled weekend for the whole family, featuring exciting rodeo action, live music, food, drinks, and more.
On Saturday, July 19, cheer on the local barrel racers at 10:30am and then enjoy the WRA Rodeo at 12:30 pm. The rodeo will feature bucking broncos, bulls, steer wrestling, tie-down roping, and more.
The stock contractor is JC Rodeo Company, known for providing quality livestock and entertainment. New this year is there will be a 4-H Stock Show, which will occur at the grounds from July 17-19.
- July 17 - Goat show at 11:00am, sheep show at 1:00pm
- July 18 - Beef show at 1:00pm, sale at 5:30pm
- July 19 - 4-H Home Ec and Garden Projects on display, 11:00am public viewing
On Sunday, catch the local barrel racing again at 10:30am and then get ready for another round of WRA Rodeo at 12:30 pm. Don’t miss the thrilling finale of the weekend as the cowboys and cowgirls compete for prizes and glory.
Throughout the weekend, you can also visit the beer gardens and the food booths, including “The Pit Stop”, where you can get delicious barbecue and smoked meats. You can also browse the vendor market at the grounds, where you can find crafts, clothing, jewelry, and more.
The dance is family friendly and admission is $15.00 per person. Drinks are $5.00 each. Admission to the rodeo is $20.00 per day or $30.00 for the weekend for adults; $18.00 per day or $28.00 for the weekend for seniors; and $10.00 per day or $17.00 for the weekend for children aged 9-15 years.
