A truly beautiful area for families to enjoy some fun activities. There are two camping areas, the boat launch area and the main camping area ,both have great playgrounds. Each area is situated right beside the mighty Peace River. These parks offer some great play equipment including swings. Bring a picnic and a fishing rod to round out the day’s experience. Plenty of space for active fun. Lucky visitors may see some of the wildlife that frequent this area. Carters Camp can be found 25km west of Hines Creek on highway 685. Enjoy sweeping views from the top of the riverbanks as you descend toward Many Islands Campground, a peaceful retreat nestled along the banks of the mighty Peace River. As you arrive, you may spot the cluster of small islands that give the campground its name.

There are few experiences more relaxing than sitting by a crackling campfire, watching the quiet power of the river flow past. This campground is a gem in the Peace River Valley, offering stunning natural scenery and a chance to spot local wildlife.

Campers can enjoy:
