Beautiful river views abound in the Peace Country and Pratt’s Landing is an excellent example seen here. Located along the Peace River downstream from Carter’s Camp and upstream from Historic Dunvegan, this camping spot offers something for everyone! Choose from one of 15 overnight camping sites equipped with fire pits and picnic tables. Enjoy a day of horse shoes, fishing, hiking and exploring the river valley. Canoes, kayaks and river boats can access the river from the well-maintained boat launch. At the end of an amazing day, relax around a warming campfire and listen to the mighty Peace River flowing by. Younger campers will enjoy the playground and the freedom of lots of space to run and play. Wildlife can often be viewed in this area. There are day use areas as well as non-potable water, outdoor toilet facilities and firewood available for visitors.
Pratt’s Landing can be found 32km west of Fairview on highway 682.
