It is the number one stop for fishing in the county, as the lake is stocked with rainbow and brook trout seasonally. You can also enjoy paddle boarding, kayaking, hiking, and skiing at this campground.
Spring Lake Campground is accessible, from Alberta Highway 59, Go North on Range Road 110 for 4 miles (6 km), Go East on Township Road 750 for 1/2 Mile (800m), Go North on Range Road 105 for 3.5 miles (5.5 km), Go West on Spring Lake Road for 2 miles (3km), Campground on North Side of the road. Note: The last 3.5 miles to the Campsite, are on Oilfield roads and may be rough and/or muddy in places.
