Boats can be launched at the gravel launch located just before the campground area. There is also a dock for hand launching of lighter craft. The campground offers electrical hookups, outhouses, showers and a kitchen shelter for use by visitors. Take a break from the water and try out the playground, horseshoe pits and hiking trails. George Lake Music Festival takes place here each year. This event attracts many visitors who enjoy a weekend of camping and great live music.
